LIMTED WARRANTY:

Most of our products are hand made with extra care! However, we are very aware that accessories are very prone to wear and tear. Therefore, due to any unlikely event that any of our accessories have failed to give you it's utmost quality within 6 months of your purchase, just e-mail us and send us back the accessory and we would glady repair it! However, the warranty is only applicable to our bracelets. Missing beads or charms are subject for additional payment (at cost price).

 

Upon purchase, you will be entitled with a warranty card. This card will serve as a proof of purchase and it is only valid within 6 months of your purchase. Also, it is for a one time use only.

 

CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS INFORMATION & PRIVACY:

Your address will only be used for delivery purposes. Also, your e-mail and contact number is needed only to stay in touch with you during order and delivery. We at Young Folks promise not to share your personal information with any third-party companies! 

 

PAYMENT METHODS:

 

You can transfer your payment through iBanking (preferably) - transaction number is required. You must fill up the iBanking form once you have made your payment. Or you may transfer your payment through ATM Transfer - a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt is needed, which is to be attached to the ATM Trasfer form. The links to these forms will be in your confirmation e-mail. All payments are requested within 24-hours upon receiving your confirmation e-mail or message. :)

All transactions are processed securely by Paypal, so your credit card information is safe and never stored by us. You do not necessarily need a Paypal account to order! (A FEATURE THAT IS COMING SOON)


ORDERS & DELIVERY

Your order will be treated within two business days or earlier. We will send you an email or message to confirm your order. Also, we ask for your patience during the delivery period. Currently, all our accessories will be shipped through normal non-registered postage by default, which would be free of charge. However, Young Folks will not be liable for lost items. Registered postage has an additional fee of $3.  Additionally, meet-ups are possible (e-mail us for details)!

 

Also, we are only currently shipping in Singapore.

We do hope to ship internationally in the future!

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We apologize as we do not accept any returns, refunds or cancellations. However, we do accept exchanges within 3 days of purchase. Items must be of the same price. You must notify us by email at the very latest 3 days after your purchase. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.
